Refund policy

Pre-Orders
Items purchased through pre-order or made-to-order releases will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping timelines are listed within the product description but may change depending on production or logistics.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed.


Returns & Refunds
All purchases made through Black Spark are considered final sale. Due to the limited production nature of our garments and collections, we do not offer general returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you happen to receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contact@blackspark.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective after review, Black Spark may offer a replacement of the same item or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

To be eligible for consideration, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Item must be returned within 7 business days after return authorization is granted

Black Spark is not responsible for return shipping costs or any duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with the return shipment.


International Orders
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Black Spark cannot issue refunds for customs charges or fees.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.


Restocking Fees
If an item is returned and does not meet the return requirements (for example: worn items, damaged products, or missing packaging/tags), it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any approved refund or store credit.


Exchanges
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are not available. We recommend reviewing sizing information and product details carefully before placing an order.


Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or changed. All orders are final once processed.
