Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Because many of our garments are produced in limited runs, please allow up to 14 business days from the purchase date for order processing and shipment.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your package has been shipped.

Taxes are included in the listed product prices where applicable. For international shipments, additional customs duties, import taxes, or related fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Black Spark cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided during checkout and confirmed by the carrier.
